FOR OUTDOOR USE

Drill a hole in the base of the pot using a screwdriver or drill to prevent water stagnation.
Place expanded clay or another draining material at the bottom of the pot.
Insert a layer of material such as non-woven fabric to allow water to pass through while blocking solids.
Add a layer of soil and place the plant on top. Finally, cover the plant with soil until the pot is filled.

FOR INDOOR USE

Insert another pot containing the plant inside the decorative pot and use a suitable saucer at the base.
If you prefer to use the pot without an inner container, you can follow the same steps as for outdoor use by drilling the base.
However, make sure to use a saucer to avoid wetting the floor.
